Love others as you love yourself and do unto others as you would have them do unto you (Matthew 7:12). It could change someone’s life!!

2014 begins with a renewed emphasis of love. Specifically, the ‘God-Kind’ of love. This word is referenced 402 times in The Holy Bible and is intended to be unconditional in its nature. In 1 John 4:7-8, we learn that we are to love one another because love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

Further, love is tangible (a noun: something that is felt and seen) AND requires action (a verb: something that is given without strings attached). To this end, it is meaningful and very impactful to love  unconditionally as God loves/loved us.  For the next 11 weeks, I will reveal the ‘God-kind’ of love to bring clarity to this very interesting, dynamic and misunderstood word.
