On this day that the Lord has made, two key Scriptures in the Book of Pjilippians come to mind:
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus – 2:5. This is key throughout chapter 2 as we learn about the attributes of humility.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus – 4:7. Chapter four’s focus is on peace and all of its benefits to our overall being, hearts, minds, and health.
In order to make this world a much better place for all, remember the valuable lesson that Paul taught to young Timothy as he began his tenure as a pastor and the responsibilities that come with this awesome trust:
God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind – 2 Timothy 1:7.
Today, thank God for your sound mind and make a difference in the life of at least three people.
